Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Late cancellations or missed visits will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Due to the risk of infection, we do not accept you who are ill.

How do I cancel my appointment?
The easiest way to cancel your appointment is to use the cancellation link in your confirmation e-mail. You can also cancel your time via e-mail, phone call or text message. NOTE! A cancellation e-mail or confirmation will always arrive upon cancellation.

How is a missed visit charged?
Debiting takes place via invoice, this invoice is sent via e-mail.
